In the ninth decade of its operations, Veterinary Institute JSC Subotica is the pride of the Victoria Group, since one of the most successful companies in the field of veterinary medicine, not only in Serbia, but in the Southeast Europe, is also a member of this Group. Meeting the highest standards and boosting export

Veterinary Institute JSC Subotica is the first veterinary institute in Serbia which obtained the HACCP certificate, and is currently in the process of introducing the GMP standard.
The Institute has completed the ISO 9001:2008 management system certification. Since October 2009 it possesses the ISO 22000:2005 certificate i.e. the food safety management system, which includes HACCP principles. This certification confirms the highest possible organizational level and it combines the highest standards in all operational segments. This will contribute to an even better functioning of the Institute’s complex organizational system.
Veterinary Institute JSC Subotica can satisfy all market demands in the quickest and most appropriate way - from prevention and breeding to the treatment of animals.
Years of massive investments
From the moment it was taken over by the Victoria Group, Veterinary Institute JSC Subotica has recorded permanent increase in incomes. Since 2005, the Institute has been continuously investing in technology, quality and human resources.
In Veterinary Institute JSC Subotica, 2008 and 2009 were the years of massive investments exceeding 6 million Euros, and they included:
•    the start of reconstructing and modernizing of old, and building of new production plants for chemical products,
•    the gas supply of the whole production system, as an investment which will contribute to the increase of ecological standards, but also to the additional quality improvement of the products in the forage, fish feed and pet food plants,
•    the official opening of the SOPRIFISH extruded fish feed production plant in June 2009.

The Importance of gas supply and commissioning SOPROFISH production
The supply of the whole production system with gas, developed by Veterinary Institute JSC Subotica will improve ecological standards, and will additionally improve product quality in the forage manufacturing plant.

The gas supply system enables continuous steam supply necessary for extrusion, thereby will provide top production quality in the plant as well and it is very important for the Institute, because it has taken over the production of SOPROFISH production programme from Sojaprotein Company.

Veterinary Institute JSC Subotica has produced pelleted fish food so far, but  building the new plants will enable the production of extruded food to be doubled.
 Boosting business and export
Moreover, Veterinary Institute JSC Subotica continues to invest in the education of its experts. There are regular upgrading for teams, which means not only following up modern technological processes and scientific researches and the education of personnel engaged in production, but also the education and training of senior experts in the sales and in the management.
