BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS
The production of biological and other veterinary products dates back to 1921 in the Veterinary Institute JSC from Subotica and makes it a reference institution in the field of manufacturing serums and vaccines for the prevention of livestock diseases not only in the country, but elsewhere in region as well.
Within its pharmaceutical programme, the Veterinary Institute JSC from Subotica has inactivated and live bacterial, viral and combined vaccines and serums against different infectious diseases and for different species and categories of animals.
 
CHEMOPHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS
Within its production programme Veterinary Institute JSC from Subotica has over 80 chemopharmaceutical preparations, classified in 12 therapeutic groups as follows: antibiotics, sulphonamides, chemotherapeutics, infusion solutions, vitamins, antianemics, analgesics, analeptics, anthelmintics, antiseptics, anti-ketogenic drugs and other chemotherapeutics. 
These drugs are intended for prevention and treatment of diseases caused by various pathogenic microorganisms in domestic animals and pets.
Veterinary Institute JSC from Subotica has immensely expanded the range of  chemopharmaceutical products through the acquisition of Symbiofarm- a company that used to operate within Hemofarm JSC. At the same time, by modernizing two plants for the production of liquid and powdered drugs with the aim to implement the GMP standards (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice), and by upgrading production processes in line with the national and the EU regulations, the Veterinary Institute is going to be the only Institute in the country and in the region which manufactures veterinary drugs by fulfilling the highest standards in pharmaceutical production.
 
NUTRACEUTICALS
Vitamins, minerals and amino acids included in the composition of the nutraceuticals play an important role in maintaining vital metabolic processes, resistance to various diseases, shortening the reconvalescence period.
In its product range Veterinary Institute JSC from Subotica has nutraceuticals for poultry and livestock.  The use of these preparations improves the utilization of food, increasing weight gain and reducing the losses in targeted animal species.
